Simulations are another type of gaming and have been used for years. Looking at simulations is exciting because we are beginning to see more and more virtual laboratories appear.
A simulation is an imitation of some real thing, state of affairs, or process. The act of simulating something generally entails representing certain key characteristics or behaviours of a selected physical or abstract system.

It is the start of the 2007-2008 Academic School Year. Are you trying to decide what your professional goals will be this year? Are you trying to incorporate more technology into your classroom, but do not know where to start?
